Summer type camp in Pliskovica
2 – 7 September 2024

We spent six days in Pliskovica refining our calligraphy skills. The workshop began with brush calligraphy, which was both challenging and rewarding. Based on our practice, we developed a sign as a final piece.

The second part focused on Roman Capitals, a more complex style where the brush angle continuously changes. With guidance from our mentor, Viktoria Lopukhina, and collaboration with fellow participants, the workshop was a productive learning experience.

The setting—Hostel Kras in Pliskovica—offered a good environment for practicing calligraphy in a peaceful location.
